Submission of Care Plans: Using the Word Template, create your generic care plan. If you wish for your template to be included in this bank, please submit it to the Webmistress (Lou) via email as an attachment. You can also submit a copy of a handwritten care plan, which will then be formatted into a document for this site. Your contribution will be uploaded to this site for everyone to share. |
